Offshore Delivery Model

The offshore delivery model is structured to provide the best cost-effective alternative for our clients. End to End project design and development activities are done on our offshore premises. A project manager is assigned to the offshore site to have better project control and manageability.

Onsite/Nearshore Delivery Model

In this model, an expert works remotely but resides in the same city or country as the client. It may also be possible that some resources will work at the client site while others work from a remote location within the same territory. This model could be a combination of onsite and offsite (onshore) and is best suited for projects with specific needs in terms of compliance, resource and skillset required.

Hybrid Delivery Model

This model features the combination of both onsite/nearshore and offshore delivery models. It provides the best of both models and results in optimized costs and maximized efficiency. Depending on client requirements, the onsite team will have direct client interaction and may serve as solution architects, project managers, or even consultants. They will gather requirements and generate project specifications, while the offshore team will execute the project based on the information provided.
